DETECTOR PLANS The UFO/ Magnetic Flux Detector is an
extremely sensitive magnetic flux detector. It can be used to detect approaching UFOs or
it can be used to detect oncoming magnetic storms originating from the Sun, such as
Sunspot activity or impending Aurora Borealis activity. The UFO detector is a two piece
unit. The outdoor sensor head assembly includes a coil assembly and a sensitive amplifier.
The indoor control/display unit includes filters, amplifiers, sound circuit to listen to
the output as well as a meter to directly observe magnetic activity. The UFO/Magnetic Flux
Detector is a great addition for experimenters who are interested in monitoring
geophysical activities and is a useful research tool, which can be easily built.

ELECTRONIC VOICE STRESS ANALYZER PLANS
Now you quickly know if a person, child or friend is telling
the truth. It is a well known fact that a persons voice changes under stress. In many
instances, the stress is so great that the voice actually Abreaks@. It is these changes that make the
voice stress analyzer operate. It has long been know that the muscles in a relaxed body
produce micro vibrations at a cyclical rate of about 10hz. Recent research indicates that
these micro vibrations appear to diminish with stress. Since muscles move or perform work
by contracting, they work in pairs in opposition in order to provide movement in one
direction, then return to their original position. It is believed that these micro
vibrations are a necessary part of the bodies automatic feedback system that keeps track
of the positions of all of its muscles at any given time. Thus the body alternately
tightening these muscle in pairs in order to maintain a precise position of body parts,
such as the hand, eye, vocal cord, essentially a Arest@
position. The vocal cords are controlled by three muscle pairs. It is believed that the
voice exhibits a 7 to 15 hz low level frequency and amplitude modulation. By monitoring
the level of this modulation, an indication of a persons stress can be measured. The voice

or so.

TELE-ALERT PLANS
The Tele-Alert is a unique new micro computer controlled
device which can dial your cell phone, pager or the Data-Term and immediately report up to
four alarm conditions. Now you can monitor four different alarm conditions and have the
Tele-Alert call you and report the particular channel being activated. You can monitor
alarm switches, doors, windows, motion detectors, temperature sensors etc. The Tele-Alert
can free you to be mobile yet still be in touch! The included software will easily allow
you re-program Tele-Alert from the Cell-Alert to the Page-Alert mode or to the Data-Alert
mode.
Included with the Tele-Alert plans are plans for three
different accessory modules which can be used with the Tele-Alert system. The Motion
Module board contains a >infrared= body heat sensor along with expanded
input for both normally closed and normally open contact closure. The TVM or
temperature/voltage accessory board allows you to monitor either voltage and or
temperature. The four channel TVM board has 'set- point= controls for each channel, so each channel can be set for a
specific threshold and once the threshold is reached the Tele-Alert will begin dialing
your cell-phone, pager or the Data-Term unit. The Listenin Module can be used to listenin
to a protected area when a trigger has been activated. The Listenin Module is used with in
the Cell-Alert mode. Also included are plans for the Data- Term a microprocessor data
terminal unit which will remotely receive messages from the Tele-Alert and turn on home
appliances or sirens based on an alarm condition etc.

ELECTRIC FIELD
DISTURBANCE MONITOR
This project shows you
how to build a unique monitoring device that you can use to measure the voltage
fluctuations or disturbances of the earth's natural electric field, caused by conductive
objects moving near the device. The magnitude and frequency of the fluctuations can be
used to determine the actual nature of the object. As an example, large moving objects,
such as trucks, produce large voltage swings with low frequency components while small
fast moving objects, such as birds, produce smaller field changes with higher frequencies.
Moving humans, on the other hand, produce a variety of frequencies associated with arm and
leg motion.
This construction
project provides the experimenter with an electric field change monitor that can be used
as an instrument to conduct a wide variety of object motion experiments including simple
motion alarm applications. For example, with sufficient signal processing and analysis it
may even be possible for the experimenter not only to detect the motion of a human but to
determine which human was moving. The objective of this construction project is to provide
the experimenter with the equipment necessary to conduct research in the nature of the
field changes.

SCALAR ELECTROSTATIC GRADIOMETER
The Scalar
Electrostatic Gradiometer is a device which measures the interaction of environmental
electrostatic fields and gradients with an artificially generated electrostatic field.
This interaction is displayed on an analog meter, along with a separate electromagnetic
field strength meter, so that the user may compare the relative activity of
electromagnetic and electrostatic phenomena.
The user may control
the polarity and magnitude of the artificially generated electrostatic field, which is
used to sense environmental fields and phenomena by direct electrostatic field to field
interference. By noting the response to changes in this reference field, a great deal of
information about the environmental fields may be deduced. Normal electromagnetic
phenomena are indicated separately, to clarify the nature of the electrostatic effects.
By mapping
non-linearities in the ambient environmental electrostatic fields, an area may be scanned
for "congruences" of bioelectric and exotic fields, and anticipate probable
sites for future activity as well as locations of present or past events.
